PAPERWORK program allows for instant tracking and reporting about any documents, data of which had been entered into the program database. Because the program is a multi-user system, every authorized project member can instantly review on his/her computer screen information about any project documents, inclusive of reading the project agendas and minutes.
If required, the program copy can be installed on the computers of the client, vendors and contractors, with either the full program scope, or one omitting the data related to the engineers' part of the operations.

The e-mail type of reports are suitable to be used as attachment to distribution by e-mail, as well as for publishing to the Intranet Project Web Site.
The Action Data recorded in the Meeting Minutes can be optionally posted to the program called INTERFACE, where the obligations of individuals and parties, resulting from the meeting, can be also automatically recorded, allowing for subsequent tracking and reporting via the INTERFACE program.
